Logicalis appoints Mark Rogers as CEO

Logicalis Group has announced that Mark Rogers (pictured) will step into the role of CEO from March 1, 2015, the start of teh firm’s financial year.

Rogers, who joined the company in 2003, has been president and COO of Logicalis Group since March 1, 2014, and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.

“Mark has done an excellent job in his new role as president and COO and in running the company over the past year,” says Jens Montanana, CEO of parent company Datatec. “I am very pleased that we can announce Mark’s appointment as CEO.”

In November 2013 Logicalis announced that former Logica and BT exec Gary Bullard would replace outgoing Logicalis CEO Ian Cook from March 2014. Bullard however, decided after two months not to take the position.

It is not known who, if anyone, will replace Rogers as president and COO.

Rogers spent 20 years at Racal Electronics/Thales of which 13 years were at finance director level within divisions providing managed network services, telecoms and survey and positioning services.

UPDATE:

Logicalis has appoints Rob Evans as COO.

Evans has been involved with Logicalis as non-executive director of Logicalis Group since 1 June 2012 and joins from Logicalis’ parent company Datatec.
