At Beta we are committed to assisting the development of our customers and their business. Being one of the UK ’s number one office equipment distributors we enjoy excellent relations with our manufacturers, which is reflected in our prices and portfolio. Our level of stock holding and centrally located warehouse enables us to make bulk purchases from manufacturers to seize the best pricing for our customers.
So, who are we? Based close to Canary wharf, our Chairman, Gary Wilson established Beta in 1979, giving us over 30 years of industry experience. Primarily the company was a service agent for Canon Calculators but rapidly expanded to a Facsimile distributor. Since then there have been a multitude of major turning points for the company, including the addition of Consumables, Data Media and an AV department which combined, now boast an annual turnover in excess of £100 Million.
Beta offer customers many benefits that they would not receive by trading with manufacturers directly or other distributors. These include multiple delivery and collection options, plain label third party delivery, excellent relationships with our manufacturers, and many more
